On March 19th, 2018, we made a decision – live on Facebook – to live life deliberately. We have so much to give and we are ready to share! Over the course of the next 365 days, we will eliminate the “stuff” that clouds our vision and distracts us from our true purpose in life. Our hope is that by saying “no” to the nonessentials, we will be able to say “yes” in a much bigger way to the things that matter most.
Family. Friendship. Health. Faith. Philanthropy. Adventure.
This will be a journey of loving and letting go, and we invite you to follow along – or join the movement – as we transform the way we live.

The way of the Essentialist means living by design, not by default. Instead of making choices reactively, the Essentialist deliberately distinguishes the vital few from the trivial many, eliminates the nonessentials, and then removes obstacles so the essential things have clear, smooth passage. In other words, Essentialism is a disciplined, systematic approach for determining where our highest point of contribution lies, then making execution of those things almost effortless.
